Correct Address: Please double-check your address before completing your order. Address changes can only be made before the shipping team has processed your order.

Responsibility: Smoke One is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by USPS.
Delivery & Liability

Carrier Responsibility: Once the package has been picked up by USPS, it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver the package. Use the tracking number provided for details about your shipment and proof of delivery.

Missing Packages: If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact USPS directly.
Shipping Restrictions

Weekend & Holiday Shipping: No shipments go out on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during these times may be slightly delayed.

International Orders: We do not ship internationally at this time.
Return & Refund Policies

Notification Period: You must notify us within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue with your purchase to be eligible for a return or exchange.

Case-by-Case Basis: Returns and exchanges are evaluated individually. We do not accept returns for opened products, except under our Worry-Free Guarantee.

Effectiveness Not Guaranteed: Refunds are not granted based on product effectiveness, as cannabinoids affect everyone differently.
Cancellations/Modifications:

Before Processing: You may request a cancellation or change by emailing us before your order is processed. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee changes.

After Processing: If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or return it at your own expense once received.
Shipping Refunds:

Shipping Costs: Refunds will not include shipping costs unless we are responsible for shipping an incorrect item.
Refunds:
We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If there’s an issue with your order, email support@smokeone.com within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds will not be issued for product effectiveness, as cannabinoids affect individuals differently.
Refund Timing:
Once a refund is approved and processed, it may take 5–7 business days for your bank to deposit the funds.
After we issue the refund, it is no longer in our control, actual timing depends on your bank.
Abuse of the Refund Policy:
Any attempt to abuse our refund policy or file a chargeback without contacting us first will result in you being blacklisted from placing future orders.
Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased from a third-party retailer, contact them directly for returns or refund issues. We cannot assist with orders placed outside our official website.
Smoke One’s Worry-Free Guarantee
If you're unsatisfied and want to try something else, you may be eligible for store credit under our Worry-Free Guarantee.

Shipping Insurance Policy
You can add Smoke One Shipping Insurance for 3.5% of your order total. This protects against loss or damage in transit.

Lost Item Policy
What We Cover:

Items lost in transit: An item is considered “lost” if it is never reported as “delivered,” and if 5 business days have passed since the last tracking status update. A claim must be filed within 15 days of the last tracking update.
What We Don't Cover:

Incorrect addresses at checkout: If an address was incorrectly inputted when the order was placed, we are not responsible.

Packages marked as delivered by USPS: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for the package.
Damaged Items
If a product arrives damaged and unusable:
