Order Processing
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed before shipping.

Shipping Methods
- Economy Shipping: We use USPS Ground Advantage for economy shipping, with delivery typically taking 5-8 business days. While USPS is generally reliable, occasional delays or errors may occur.

Express Shipping: We offer USPS Priority Shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 3 business days from the shipment date. Please note that USPS does not deliver on weekends.
Shipping Notifications
- Email & Text Updates: By providing your email and/or phone number, you consent to Smoke One sending shipping confirmations and order updates.

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details to monitor your delivery.
Address Accuracy
- Correct Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. Address changes can only be made before our shipping team processes your order.

Responsibility: Smoke One is not responsible for packages once they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
Delivery & Liability
- Carrier Responsibility: Once your package is handed over to USPS, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. Use the tracking number provided to follow your shipment’s progress.

Delivery Issues: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact USPS directly for assistance.
Shipping Restrictions
- Weekend & Holiday Shipping: Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during these times may experience slight delays.

International Shipping: At this time, Smoke One does not ship internationally.
Return & Refund Policies
Returns
- Notification Window: If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or exchange.
- Case-by-Case Evaluation: Returns and exchanges are handled on an individual basis. We do not accept returns for opened products, except under our Worry-Free Guarantee (see below).

Effectiveness Disclaimer: Refunds are not issued based on product effectiveness, as cannabinoids can affect individuals differently.
Cancellations & Modifications
- Before Processing: You may request to cancel or modify your order before it is processed by emailing support@smokeone.com. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes due to high order volumes. You will receive an email notification once your order is being processed.

After Processing: If your order has already been processed and you wish to cancel, you may return it at your own expense once it has been delivered.
Shipping Refunds

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the wrong item was shipped due to an error on our part.
Independent Retail Purchases

Third-Party Sellers: If you purchased a Smoke One product from a third-party retailer or website, please contact the retailer directly for return and refund inquiries. We are unable to track or manage third-party transactions.
Smoke One's Worry-Free Guarantee
We understand the uncertainty of buying hemp products online. Our Worry-Free Guarantee allows you to return a product for store credit if you’re unsatisfied and want to try something else.
Requirements:
- First-Time Purchase: Only applies to your first time buying a specific product from our online store.
- Product Condition: The product must be at least half full to qualify for a return.
- Time Frame: The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Exclusions: Sale items, bundles, multi-packs, and flower products do not qualify.
How It Works:
- Submit a Request: Email us at support@smokeone.com explaining how your return qualifies under the Worry-Free Guarantee.
- Return Label: If approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
- Store Credit Issued: Once we receive and verify your return, we’ll send you a store credit code to use on a future purchase.
💡 Note: The Worry-Free Guarantee does not offer cash refunds.
Shipping Insurance Policy
At Smoke One, we recognize that despite USPS’s reliability, issues can occasionally arise. For added peace of mind, we offer Smoke One Shipping Insurance for 3.5% of your order total. This protects your package against loss or damage during transit.
Important Notes:
- If you experience a shipping issue, please wait 3 business days past the expected delivery date before contacting us.
- Smoke One is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
Lost Item Policy
What We Cover:
- Lost in Transit: An item is considered lost if it was never marked as delivered and 5 business days have passed since the last tracking update. A claim must be filed within 15 days of the last tracking update.
What We Don’t Cover:
- Incorrect Addresses: If an incorrect address was provided at checkout, we are not responsible for the lost package.

Packages Marked as Delivered: Once USPS marks a package as delivered, we are not responsible for its whereabouts.
Damaged Item Policy
A package is considered damaged if the product is unusable upon arrival. As part of the claims process, we require photo evidence of the damaged item.
- Photos must clearly show the damaged product and packaging.
- All claims are subject to review and approval.
THCA Shipping Restrictions
Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship THCA to the following states:
- Arkansas
- Hawaii
- Idaho
- Kansas
- Louisiana
- Oklahoma
- Oregon
- Rhode Island
- Utah
- Vermont
