Age Verification & Legal Compliance

- By purchasing, you confirm that hemp-derived products are legal in your state of residence and shipping destination.
- Smoke One reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet these requirements.
- It is the customer's responsibility to verify the legality of hemp-derived products in their jurisdiction before ordering.
- Smoke One is not liable for orders placed to states or localities where these products are restricted or prohibited.
Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Due to order volume, processing may occasionally take up to 3-4 business days.
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: USPS Ground Advantage -- estimated 5-8 business days from the date of shipment.
- Priority Shipping: USPS Priority Mail -- estimated 3 business days from the date of shipment. USPS does not deliver on weekends.
Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Notifications
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- By providing your contact information at checkout, you agree to receive order updates and tracking notifications via email or text.
Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
- Address changes can only be made before our shipping team has processed your order.
- Smoke One is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
- Due to current state laws, we are unable to ship THCA products to the following states:

Refund & Exchange Policy
- At Smoke One, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide every customer with a reliable experience.
- Due to the nature of our products, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
- We do not accept returns on any products.
- All sales are final due to the consumable and perishable nature of hemp flower products.
Refund & Replacement Eligibility
- Refunds or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis if a verified product issue is reported.
- Valid requests may include:
- Product quality concerns inconsistent with normal standards
- Excessive seeds or material defects
- Product condition issues affecting usability
- To qualify for review, customers must provide:
- Clear photo or video evidence
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Requests submitted without sufficient proof may not be approved.
Product Effectiveness Disclaimer
- Refunds will not be issued based on product effectiveness, personal preference, or individual experience.
- Hemp-derived products affect individuals differently depending on personal tolerance, body chemistry, and other factors.
- Differences in perceived effects do not qualify as product defects or valid reasons for refunds or replacements.
Request Window
- All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery, based on carrier tracking.
- Requests made after the 7-day window are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or store credit.
Missing Items Policy
- If an item is believed to be missing from an order, customers are strongly encouraged to record an unboxing video while opening the package.
- All Smoke One shipments are sealed using tamper-evident packaging. An unboxing recording is the best form of proof to verify missing items.
Proof Guidelines
- The video must clearly show the sealed package before opening.
- The full unboxing process should be recorded without cuts or edits.
- If an unboxing video is provided showing a missing item, we will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
- If no recording is available, we will review the order internally and contact our fulfillment/shipping team to verify packing accuracy. Resolution will be determined based on our investigation.
Resolution Process
- If a claim is approved, Smoke One may provide one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- Store credit, or
- Refund to the original payment method
- Approved refunds are issued minus original shipping costs.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
- You have a 30-minute window after placing your order to cancel directly from your order confirmation page.
- Once the 30-minute window has passed, your order is sent for processing and can no longer be canceled.
- If your order has already been processed and you no longer wish to receive it, all sales are final once delivered.
Refund Processing
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days on our end.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
- After we issue the refund, the timing is determined by your financial institution.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to provide full transaction records, shipping documentation, and delivery confirmation to your payment provider.
- Customers who file chargebacks before attempting resolution through our support team will receive a final refund on their most recent order and be permanently restricted from placing future purchases.

Refund Abuse & Account Restrictions
- To maintain fairness and prevent misuse of our policies, Smoke One actively monitors refund and claim activity.
- Customers who submit repeated or excessive refund requests (generally two to three approved claims) may be considered to be abusing our refund policy.
- Accounts determined to be engaging in refund abuse may be subject to:
- Order restrictions or cancellation
- Loss of refund eligibility
- Permanent purchasing restrictions
- In cases of confirmed policy abuse, associated customer information -- including name, email address, and shipping address -- may be restricted or blacklisted from placing future orders on our website.
- Smoke One reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, resale intent, or violation of any terms outlined in this policy.
Delivery & Liability
Carrier Responsibility
- Once a package has been picked up by USPS, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
- Use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment.
Missing Packages
- If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS directly.
- Smoke One is not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
Lost in Transit
- An item is considered lost if it is never marked as "delivered" and 5 business days have passed since the last tracking update.
- A claim must be filed within 15 days of the last tracking update.
- Items lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout are not covered.
Damaged Items
- If your product arrives damaged and unusable, email support@smokeone.com with photos clearly showing the damage to the product and packaging.
- Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
- All damage claims are reviewed before approval.
- Claims submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for processing.
Additional Terms
Shipping Insurance
- You may add Smoke One Shipping Insurance at checkout for 3.5% of your order total. This covers loss or damage during transit.
- Please allow 3 business days after the expected delivery date before filing a claim.
- Shipping insurance does not cover packages marked as "delivered" by USPS.
No Resale
- All products sold on smokeone.com are intended for personal use only.
- Reselling Smoke One products without prior written authorization is prohibited.
- Violations may result in order cancellation, account restriction, and forfeiture of any pending refunds or store credits.
Product Disclaimer
- These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
- Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- Results may vary.
- Consult a physician before use if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are taking medication.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accept these terms.
Third-Party Purchases
- If you purchased a Smoke One product from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for any return or refund inquiries.
- We are unable to assist with orders placed outside of our official website.
Shipping Carrier Responsibility
- Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control.
- However, we will assist customers when appropriate in filing carrier-related claims.
