Products

Yes. Our THCA flower is federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill because it contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. However, state and local laws vary -- we do not ship to states where our products are prohibited.

All products are third-party lab tested to verify compliance with federal regulations. COAs are available on each product page.

Each tier represents a different quality and price point:

All tiers are lab tested and ship the same way. The difference is in the flower quality, genetics, and overall experience.

Keep it in the original packaging or transfer to an airtight glass jar. Store in a cool, dark place at room temperature (60-70F). Avoid direct sunlight, heat, and refrigerators. When stored properly, flower stays fresh for 3-6 months.

If you are new, start with half a gummy and wait at least 2 hours before taking more. Edibles hit different than smoking -- they take longer to kick in but the effects last much longer (4-8 hours). Experienced users typically take 1-2 gummies.

Start low, go slow. You can always take more, but you cannot take less.

Every single batch is third-party lab tested for potency, pesticides, heavy metals, and microbials. Lab results (COAs) are available on each product page so you can see exactly what you are getting.

  • Sativa -- Energizing, uplifting effects. Great for daytime use, creativity, and staying active.
  • Indica -- Relaxing, calming effects. Best for evening use, winding down, and sleep.
  • Hybrid -- A blend of both. Effects depend on the specific strain -- some lean energizing, others lean relaxing.

Yes -- quality flower has a strong, natural aroma. That is a sign of fresh, terpene-rich buds. However, it will arrive sealed so the smell is contained until you open it. If discretion matters, we recommend storing it in a mason jar with a tight lid.

Shipping

We do our best to get every order out as fast as possible. That said, due to high order volume, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is handed off to the carrier.

Tip: Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day. Orders placed Friday evening through Sunday will ship Monday.

We understand how frustrating this is. Here is what we recommend:

  • Check around your property -- porches, side doors, mailrooms, lockers, or with neighbors.
  • Wait 24 hours -- sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before actual drop-off.
  • Contact USPS (or your carrier) directly with your tracking number. They can open an investigation.

Please note: Unfortunately, if the tracking confirms "Delivered," we are unable to send a replacement or issue a refund. Once the carrier confirms delivery, the package is out of our hands. We strongly recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

It is normal for tracking to go quiet for 1-3 days, especially when a package is moving between distribution centers. This does not mean it is lost.

Yes, 100%. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, product names, or descriptions on the outside. The return address uses our fulfillment center name -- not our brand name. No one will know what is inside.

Yes! Free standard shipping is included on all orders over $100. No coupon code needed -- it is applied automatically at checkout.

We ship to most US states where hemp-derived products are legal. We do not ship to states where our products are prohibited by local law. If your state is restricted, you will see a notice at checkout.

If your order has not shipped yet, email us immediately at support@smokeone.com with your order number and the correct address. We will update it if we can.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address. You would need to contact the carrier directly to request an intercept or hold at your local post office.

This is completely normal and happens more often than you would think. Sometimes USPS takes a while to scan and update tracking -- especially during busy periods. In many cases, the tracking will not update until your package reaches a different city, state, or even until it is out for delivery or already delivered.

Just because the status says "Label Created" or "Pre-Shipment" does not mean your package is sitting still. It is likely already in transit and just has not been scanned yet.

Tip: Give it a few more days before reaching out. If tracking still has not updated after 5+ business days from your order date, email us at support@smokeone.com and we will look into it.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the consumable and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, refunds or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis if there is a verified product issue -- such as quality concerns, excessive seeds, or material defects.

All refund and replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Requests made after the 7-day window are not eligible.

Important: Refunds will not be issued based on product effectiveness, personal preference, or individual experience. Hemp-derived products affect everyone differently.

Email us at support@smokeone.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the problem

Requests submitted without sufficient proof may not be approved. Our team will review your claim and get back to you as soon as possible.

We are sorry about that. Email support@smokeone.com with your order number and photo or video evidence of the issue. Our team will review it and work with you on a resolution -- which may include store credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion.

We strongly encourage all customers to record an unboxing video when opening their package. All Smoke One shipments use tamper-evident packaging, and a recording is the best way to verify missing items.

  • The video must show the sealed package before opening.
  • The full unboxing should be recorded without cuts or edits.
  • If a video is provided showing a missing item, we will promptly investigate and resolve the issue.
  • If no recording is available, we will review the order internally with our fulfillment team. Resolution will be based on our investigation.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days on our end. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement. We will confirm via email once the refund has been submitted.

Please note that refunds are issued minus original shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Yes, most likely. Both our THCA flower and Delta-9 gummies can cause a positive result on a standard drug test. THCA converts to THC when heated, and Delta-9 is THC. Standard drug tests do not distinguish between legal and illegal sources.

If you are subject to drug testing for work, probation, sports, or any other reason, we strongly recommend not using our products.

Yes. You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase any products from our store. We may verify age at checkout or upon delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.
