For new customers, we suggest starting with the smallest available quantity (typically 3.5 grams) when trying a new strain or product.
This allows you to assess the product's effects and decide if a particular strain or product tier meets your expectations before committing to a larger purchase.

Smoke One maintains a strict no-return policy.
However, you can cancel your order for a full refund at any time prior to shipping.
We kindly ask that you do not send any products back to us, as returned packages will be refused and sent back to the sender.
All product sales are final. Because of the health code, we cannot accept any returns/exchanges. We will replace any product damaged or lost during shipment.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email a photo of the issue to support@smokeone.com, along with your order number, email address, and a brief description of the damage. Our team is dedicated to resolving such issues promptly and will provide a replacement for the affected items. Your satisfaction and a positive experience with our products and service are our top priorities.
